Drawing upon 15 years of personal meditation experience, of active involvement in meditation centres, monasteries and Ashrams in UK, Europe, US, India, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. She has experience in Zen, Tibetan and Theravada Buddhism, Hindu and Advita Philosophy, and Yoga Practices.

Awareness techniques include:

Body Awareness - Experiential Inquiry, Sensory Awareness, Somatic Movement and Mind-Body Psychology.

Breath and concentration Practices - Visualisation, Mudras, Mantras, and Breath Awareness, for clarity, calmness and focus.

Creative Expression - Creative Arts Therapy and Sandplay

Mindful Awareness - centring, grounding and awareness.

Insight (Vipassana) Meditation - Cultivating moment to moment attentiveness and understanding, and drawing upon awareness and arising insight as a tool for developing wisdom.

Loving Kindness Meditation - For purity of heart and mind, Love, compassion, and selflessness. Influence by Hindu Ritual, and Mantras, Buddhist Metta practices (Loving Kindness), Western Visualisation, Christ Consciousness Prayer, Devotion, Reiki and other healing modalities.

Self Inquiry (Informed by Ramana Maharshi) - Identifying ones own higher consciousness, and our limitless nature.

Sound Vibration and Tonings - Inspired by chanting, Crystal and Tibetan bowls, and toning.
