A WOMAN CLAIMING HER WISDOM

Woman gather, and a sacred circle forms
An intention unites us, inviting awakening to our wholeness,
And bringing this gift to each other.

In our still waters, we tune in to the rhythm of our heartbeat,
The breath of the Earth that fills our womb.
We descend to our depth, the bottomless pit of the void,
Falling into the embrace of the Divine Mother

Discovering our own voice of wisdom,
Nurturing and enlivening the luminous flame of our Divinity
As we embody the eternal dance of the Sacred Feminine.

Sacred spaces dedicated to support women in grounding their inner wisdom through meditation, breath and mindful awareness, and to reclaim and embody their innate divine feminine qualities through healing practices and creative arts.

Personal experience forms the basis for our exploration, and is intended to facilitate personal and group transformation. Honouring the depth of each woman - her rhythms, her cycles, her ancestry, and her divinity.

Through reclaiming of our own authentic wisdom and feminine power, we can restore balance of the masculine and feminine qualities within ourselves.

When we embody the sacred presence of Women, we become a light for others, and in honouring our inter-connectedness with each other and with our earth, we cultivate sacred living and Love on Earth.

In our coming together we examine the mystery of the Sacred Feminine, and our personal perceptions, to clarify understanding of who and how we are in the world.

The circles have an emphasis placed on mindful awareness, to return home to the heart of knowing and connect with our inner guidance, and in this way we honour our feminine wisdom, and embrace our deepest Self.

Each meeting will begin with meditation and movement practices as a means for arriving into our bodies, and connecting with our inner presence.

Open hearted Listening, creative arts processes, and healing practices will serve to explore the unconscious, support the unfolding knowing of our Self, and give voice to each participant’s personal experience.
